A close friend of mine told me that life starts when you step outside your comfort zone. While I don't necessarily feel super uncomfortable just yet, I'm certain there is some discomfort sure to come.
Ever since I can remember, I've wanted to study abroad in Paris. My dad did it when he was in college, and my mom took a month long class traveling around Europe in her college days. Hearing my parents stories of their travels gave me the desire to one day take my own trip abroad, make my own experiences and shoot for the biggest, ok, the most realistic dream I've ever had. Everything I've done in my life until now has led me to where I am today - sitting at a desk in my host mother's home in Paris, France. My dreams of studying abroad are happening as we speak and my adventure starts here.
